Debbie Hudson

Business Operations Manager

Debbie has extensive experience of Customer Service and Accounts Management, initially gained in the Hotel & Catering industry and latterly within the Veterinary sector. She is a qualified Bookkeeper in Sage and has a NVQ D32/D33 in Customer Care Training and Coaching. In her role as Finance & HR Manager at Burgess, her responsibilities include the full accounts function for the business along with providing detailed accounts reports to the team. As HR Manager her responsibilities also include being involved with recruitment, issuing of contracts and ensuring that all employee records are maintained.

Nicola Wall

Customer Operations Manager

Nicola joined Burgess in 2023 and brings extensive previous experience in direct marketing communications from both BTB and BTC marketing roles, within a variety of business sectors.

Her primary responsibility is the promotion of the Burgess Diagnostics service through key direct marketing channels and she also provides marketing support directly to customers, helping them to promote their imaging services to both referring vets and pet owners.

Head of Clinical Services

Donna began her veterinary radiography career with Burgess Diagnostics in 2007 then after 13 years, she widened her experience in MRI and CT within human healthcare, before returning to the Burgess team in 2022.

As Head of Clinical Services Donna supports and advises our team of 6 radiographers, as well as being on the road as an active mobile radiographer. Donna’s primary focus is to ensure we deliver the highest standards of diagnostic imaging for our veterinary customers, alongside raising awareness of its advantages with practice staff through regular CPD events.
